We can provide consultation to your particular needs, however this often includes at least one of the following:
-
Development or review of your team's safeguarding practices, processes and procedures.
-
Support in embedding safeguarding practice across your organisation.
-
Support in responding to particular safeguarding challenges, such as missing children or mental health challenges of young people.
-
Learning reviews of safeguarding incidents where harm may have occurred.

Consultation could be short term, project based or longer term support for your organisation over time depending on your particular needs.
Supervision
If your team or organisation lack the expertise in safeguarding children in migration, we can provide 1:1 and group safeguarding supervision for professionals working directly with vulnerable children and young people.

This supervision can provide oversight, support and guidance in relation to safeguarding and protection issues for children in migration, as well as support for those having to manage these safeguarding risks. Working with children in migration can be very challenging for all of us, and supervision can be a way to provide professionals with the support they need to so they can help others to the best of their ability.
